Hey Guys!

 I was in my kitchen experimenting with Chai Spice Rub.  I had a cup of spinach left in the fridge, and a medium red potato.  Look what I came up with.


A throw together meal

I don't even know what to call it, so we'll just call it shrimp, potato and spinach skillet.

2 Tablespoons of  Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Chai seasonings
Salt & Pepper to season
1/2 lb white shrimp, raw, deveined and tailess
Spinach
Medium red potato, cooked and sliced.

Mix dry ingredients and oil in non-stick skillet then heat on low. cook shrimp until pink and opaque (about 5 minutes) remove from pan
saute spinach, remove from pan.
put potatoes in pan to season with remaining oil/seasonings.  Once potatoes are coated well, place spinach and shrimp back in, heat on low for a few minutes (about 5), and enjoy!
