Pot Roast
I was suppose to post this a while ago; I'm sure some people are glad I finally did. I had a taste for pot roast a few weeks ago, or should I say the gravy that I use to make my pot roast with. I pulled out the crock pot, put the Lipton soup mix, golden mushroom soup, 1 can of water, potatoes and carrots in on low for six hours. When the gravy was done, I added cooked seitan and mushrooms. This was delicious over corn bread; the next day we had it over rice. It will definitely do for a good winter stew.
