I'm a first timer!
I'm a first timer when it comes to making tofu. I went to a restaurant several months ago and while there I noticed they had several vegetarian options on their menu. I was excited, so I thought maybe I will get a tofu burrito. Before I ordered it, I asked if I could sample it, and I'm glad I did. It was the worst tasting piece of.....I don't even know what it was! It was wet, rubbery and bland. Needless to say, I stayed clear of the white block sitting in water for a very long time. I've found another restaurant through word of mouth, that sells the exact type of food this restaurant sells, and their tofu is DELICIOUS! Shout out to Willy's Mexicana Grill! because their Sinaloa tofu inspired me and gave me the courage to purchase some tufu, marinate it and make a dish. My first try, and this is what I got!
Orange Tofu Vegetable Stir Fry

I Loved it! This is the tofu version of Orange Chicken Vegetable Stir Fry. I paired it with some quinoa. Now it's on to tofu scrambles. Anxious to see what else I can create.
