Granola

I was looking for a snack I could make that would last all week long, and would keep me away from the vending machine in the afternoons.  I found Clinton Kelly's favorite granola recipe, so I tried it. After it was done cooking, I realized that I could and will also use this as a cereal a couple of mornings as well.  I used agave nectar and a tad of brown sugar in my mix.  I also left in the oven about 10 minutes longer than I should have, so it's much darker, but it taste really good.
