Oh what a dog!

Chili dog that is.  Yep, so today I wanted a good ol chili dog. So to the fridge I went.  I pulled out my smart sausages.  I use the Lightlife Italian style sausages.  These sausages taste so much like the Johnsonville Italian sausages that it's ridiculous!  I've tried several soy or wheat style sausages before, hoping to get that authentic Italian flavor, but in the end it usually ends up taking care of the craving, but still taste like "artificial" meat.  But Lightlife taste really, really good, and close to real Italian sausage.

Next I grabbed my can of Amy's Organic Chili-medium, some chopped onions, and a brat roll.  Boy I went to town; dinner was so good, craving taken care of once again!  Added a side of coleslaw and I was set.
